Hess Elementary School
Joseph Hess Elementary opened in 2007 and combined two former Hammond elementary schools: Caldwell Elementary and Orchard Drive Elementary. Hess Elementary is named after Joseph Hess, the founder of the Village of Hessville, North Township Trustee, businessman and postmaster. At Hess Elementary, we strive to create an exceptional educational experience for all students. Our Hess pledge encourages students to be Respectful, Responsible, and Safe.
