Franklin Elementary School
Benjamin Franklin Elementary School is named after the well-known American printer and publisher, author, inventor, scientist, diplomat, and one of the United States’ founding fathers. The original school, located at 1629 Indianapolis Boulevard was built in 1902, with the current building built in 1976 at 1000 116th Street. Franklin elementary is the only Hammond school in the Robertsdale neighborhood making it the northernmost SCH school. Go Patriots!
