  2. Homestead parcels are assumed to have homestead deductions and supplemental homestead deductions.
  3. Local property tax replacement credits are not applied to Operating Referendum or Capital Referendum tax rates, per Indiana Code 6-3.6-5-6.
  4. If the Capital Referendum is approved, the capital referendum tax rate will increase to $0.4357, an increase over the current rate of $0.1950.
  5. If renewed, the Operating Referendum rate would not increase from the current rate of $0.4400 .The operating referendum is approved for eight years.
