6A Discipline/Detention Policy

Our school rules require students to be: Prompt, Polite, and Prepared. If they choose not to be prompt, polite or prepared, there will be consequences to assure an efficient classroom environment conducive to learning. Students have been made aware of the rules and consequences for breaking them. Some possible consequences are: phone calls home, lunch detentions, Tardy 5/Quiet 5/Prep 5 sentences, or a DAR (Disciplinary Action Request-sent to office and they decide consequence). Our goal, as a team, is to make sure all students grow into responsible, organized, and well-mannered individuals. These consequences are designed to eliminate any negative habits and/or behaviors.
