Pioneer News & Announcements - 05/21/2013:
• Ms. Mahmet will be taking group pictures for the yearbook on Monday and Tuesday (May 20th and 21st) for the following teams at 2:40PM by the GYM: BOYS Cross Country and Track (Monday at 2:40PM), GIRLS Cross Country and Track (Monday at 2:40PM), BOYS Tennis (Tuesday at 2:40PM), GIRLS Tennis (Tuesday at 2:40PM). If you can't make it or miss it, talk to Ms. Mahmet in the library.
• On Friday, May 31st, Clark will be participating in the "Paint the Town Pink" event sponsored by the Whiting/Robertsdale Chamber of Commerce. Wear a pink shirt by donating $1 to this worthy cause. Click here for more information.
• Summer School Applications are now available. Clark will be offering Credit Recovery for $75 during the summer. When you receive an A or B, your $75 will be refunded after summer school is finished. You may take as many classes as you can finish. A remediation option is also available for $25. When you complete summer school and retake your ECA, your $25 will be refunded to you. Students must provide their own transportation to and from summer school. Summer School runs from June 10 through July 31 from 8:00AM to 11:00AM. See your counselor for these great opportunities. Summer school is on a first come, first serve basis, so hurry!
• Attention All Students: Please visit this page for all information (including due dates) about our current Scholarship Opportunities! New scholarships are being added daily.
• It’s time to order your High School Yearbook! See Ms. Mahmet in the library for an order form. You may pay with cash, check or money order made payable to Clark High School for $35.00. Yearbooks will be available for pick up sometime in the middle of September. Also, if any one is interested in buying a Middle School Yearbook from this year (or previous years: 2008, 2009 and 2012), please see Ms. Ruano in Room 121.
• Got pictures? Ms. Mahmet needs them for the yearbook. We are specifically looking for pictures of: Baseball, Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Cross Country, Football Homecoming Court, Golf, Softball, Track, Swimming, and Winter Formal.
• To help raise money for the yearbooks, the yearbook staff is selling Blue and White Bracelets for $1! Click here |
