Mission Statement
 
  The program staff is committed to providing quality education for all students requiring language skill development. The program implements individualized instruction with emphasis on English, Reading and Language Arts, through a whole language approach. All skills are reinforced by computer.
 

 
Belief Statement
 
  We believe that bilingual education, mainstream curriculum and cultural sensitivity lead to academic excellence.
