Digital Imaging and Design


Program information

In years to come, opportunities for a career in the graphics filed will be great due to the advancement of technologies and anticipated growth in advertising, public relations and print communications. Learn how the industry functions and follow an idea through the creative stages, layout, design and production by using the offset printing process.

The Digital Imaging and Desgin Program will also introduce you to Screen Printing and Vinyl Sign Production. Learn how to design and print your own t-shirt or to create a vinyl sign like the ones you see around town. The program is set up to learn at your own pace. Second year students that qualify may have the opportunity to enter a career related internship. If you sign up for this program, you will be prepared for an entry-level position in the graphic communications industry. The program is offered in AM and PM sessions.

Wages

High School Diploma with Career Training: $7.50-$10.50/hr
College or Additional Technical Training: $10.50-$30.00/hr
